With our new website we are starting off fresh. Fresh new music to upload. Not like the old site where we had everyone youtube it. New forms to edit to your bands needs, AI Courses to learn to do things legaly with moral and ethicl creating. No plagerism of other music. If your a recording band or artist you will receive your own private group for you and the label to communicate private info about what's going on. And more. We hope you like your new site! It sure beats the old one.

GETTING STARTED!

At WKRD Label & Publishing Co., getting started is simple: create your account on our website, set up your artist/band profile, and start using the community and resources right away. If you want to upgrade to a paid plan, you’ll first schedule an appointment with us—this is where we learn about your band, your goals, and your sound, so we can recommend the best path forward. During that meeting we’ll explain our rules, how we communicate (phone + your private band page), and which services make the most sense to help you grow. If you decide to move forward, we’ll show you exactly where to pay for the paid account and how to start immediately. For general questions at any time, use the Help Group.

Steps to use the label

Create your account on the website and complete your artist/band profile.
Explore the platform: post updates, connect with other artists, and use the resources/tools we provide.
Use the Help Group for general questions (quick answers, guidance, and routing you to the right staff).
Request services as needed (example: mastering, artwork, release setup, promotion guidance).
To upgrade to a paid plan, We are NOW FREE to join! Questions? book an appointment we would love to hear from you.
Appointment call: we discuss your goals, explain the rules, set communication expectations (phone + private band page), and outline services that fit your band.
If you want to proceed some of our services, we show you where to pay for the service and help you get fully started.
Ongoing support happens through scheduled calls as needed and your private band page for updates, files, feedback, and staff communication.
File Transfer, We use our own File uploads in your band page and We use dropbox to transfer files also.

However, to protect our brand standards and meet broadcasting, platform, and community expectations, we do not provide mastering, distribution, uploading to the WKRD Label website, (It will be removed) or radio consideration for music that includes vulgar or explicit language. This isn’t a judgment of your artistry—it’s simply the lane we operate in. We don't mind one or two words...but, Must be in context of the lyric story. If you have questions about clean edits, alternate versions, content guidelines, or how to shape a release for wider reach, our team is happy to talk through your options and help you move forward with clarity and respect.
